We aim to process orders within 1-3 days, excluding weekends (and Fridays where the order contains plants). To keep track of your order status, simply log into your account on our website.
Orders placed before 12pm, with paid priority shipping, will be dispatched same day.

We will email you a confirmation email and a tracking code once your order has been dispatched.
We only ship via 24hr courier to UK mainland. Non mainland orders may take up to 48hrs.
