Growtropicals Help Centre

Orders containing plants dispatch Monday to Thursday. 
Orders not containing plants will also dispatch on Fridays.
 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. 
You will receive a confirmation of dispatch email and tracking information when the parcel leaves us.

Orders placed with priority shipping will be dispatched same day if ordered before 12pm or otherwise the following day (not including Friday if the order contains plants).

Orders placed with Saturday delivery up to 12pm Friday, will ship on Friday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will ship the following Friday.

Please note: Delays can occur at peak times or when weather conditions prevent shipment.

When can I expect my order?

We restock on a weekly basis however availability of plants changes throughout the year. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee when a plant that is currently out of stock, will return. 

You can turn on email stock notifications for a product by clicking 'notify when available' to the right of the product listing.
